Positive surprise in Dolny Kubin

Very good and convenient hotel for any kind of guests placed in centre of town. We found perfect service and clean room, restaurant with great pizzas. The owner very friendly and helpful for ski trip proposals.
Recommend this pension.

Comfortable hotel

A small hotel in the center of town Dolny Kubin, very comfortable. Rooms large, clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds. The bathroom is large and clean. Well-functioning wifi. Very tasty meals (I recommend especially a garlic soup). Thanks to the kindness of the staff there is no problem with meals for people on a gluten-free diet. I heartily recommend this place, we will definitely stay in this hotel if only we are in the area.

We would like to come back

We liked very much to stay in this small pension.
Room and bath looked quite new, breakfast for 5€ was great, the staff seems to enjoy working there and this you feel somehow. The pillows were setup to indicate a big heart.
We arrived late but could still check-in via the very nice restaurant. For check-out they even started breakfast earlier for us.
There is a free parking area on the hotel ground that you have to enter from back of the pension.
Location is fine, just on the big main square.
Just a hint if you are driving by car from Bratislava to Dolny Kubin: this is about 3,5 hours drive and you might like to drive this not in the dark.
To reach the rooms you have to go upstairs and there is no elevator. This might be just the only disadvantage for elderly people.

Spot on.

I have visited this place many times but only as a guest in their great restaurant. At the begging of the june I stayed there with my young family. Staff is extremely attentive and rooms are absolutely spotlessly clean. The only criticism is I think early check out. (10:00 a.m.) Also please be aware if you are staying there over the weekend chances are that in the middle of the night some drunks are going to "sing for you" outside like in our case... (It's a city centre after all) But obviously its not fault of that beautiful penzion Marina. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay

Stopped for a night , the hotel is in the square with parking at the back (paid). Clean tidy room, seemed new , but the lady on the desk told me that it had been open for two years, so full marks for high standards. Good bar, continental breakfast there is a restaurant that looks very good but we were out. Very clean and smart.Free wifi we would stay here again.
