Lovely room, great location. The swimming pool situation is a bit random - you have to book a 50 min slot in advance for a share of a tiny pool - and the spa attendants are very stroppy and unhelpful.

EXCELLENT LOCATION-GREAT ROOMS-BREAKFAST STAFF ISSUES

Centrally located hotel with big, comfortable , well designed rooms.
Friendly and helpful reception staff
Very nice rooftop breakfast/restaurant area.
Good and qulaity variety of breakfast .
Only thing that was off was the service staff in breakfast. Kind of rude and unattentitive to clients, had to asked them multiple times to be served. The second day, we asked twice for our a la cart order and after 10 minutes of paciently waiting, we were told that they dont have avialiability for the food ordered...... the staff didint even apologised, not even trying to give us alternatives...
That behaviour does not apply to the standarts of Radisson, not the overall experience .

Had a terrible experience as the water leaked in the room over the bed and my belongings. False alarm went on throughout the night and we were unable to sleep.
REQUEST FIR FULL REFIND FOR THE STAY ALREADY MADE, ACKNOWLEDGED BUT NOT RECEIVED YET AND THERE IS NO RESOINSE TILL NOW.

Everything was superb! We wanted more space and booked a bigger room. It was so worth it, especially since we were there during a heatwave and spent time at the hotel when it was too hot outside. The whole hotel had perfect air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent, on the top floor with a big roof terrace outside. The cleaning was superb. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Hands down WORST hotel experience I've ever had &I travel a LOT!! DONT BOOK - bad reviews all true! Given it's a 5* hotel &I'm also a premium Radisson member, we were treated abysmally. Its management is diabolical. I paid up front for a twin room 4mths ahead of travel. I messaged to reconfirm twin beds, for friends sharing. On arrival, "no twin", they were "fully booked", & receipt of my messages (via hotels app - that all other hotels use reliably/successfully) denied. This wasn't acceptable; we'd booked a 5* hotel as a treat for a wknd catch up &as friends, needed twin beds. The receptionist noticed I was a premium member &then offered a suite as a last resort given no other room options, repeatedly phoning the mgr with no reply. Finally the female mgr arrived - with zero concept of customer service, who cancelled the suite. I was rudely told that twins aren't guaranteed, consistently spoken across. My friend then arrived off her later flight (i'd attempted check in for 2+hrs by now) &also experienced same bad manners. We were begrudgingly found a premium additional room which they expected us to pay for; we argued &it was reduced to a 90eur rate. I stayed in the original (also disabled!) room. A metal bathroom ceiling tile fell down and could've killed me. Another male manager next day agreed to refund extra room cost for night1, plus 25% off nights2&3 - still waiting despite refund receipt!
Restaurant breakages left on floor...not enough staff...endless faults...VV.BAD!
