Great summer holiday
Just spent a lovely week with my daughter at this as hotel. The food was amazing and the staff can’t do enough to make the holiday very special. We visited the hotel restaurant Nibium, which was very nice too. The hotel suits all guests from couples to groups enjoying milestone birthdays. This is my second time at this hotel and I will definitely be back again.

Hotel to repeat
This hotel is a wonder!
Good food and varied, a 5 star room, the staff was very friendly, located next to the beach.
I just thought the animation was weak,but after dinner we went to the beach and the back bars.
Experience to repeat.

Accident waiting to happen!!
Originally booked our family holiday with TUI for 2020 but had to amend booking due to covid. We stayed at the Alua Miami, Es Cana in Ibiza for a week on an all inclusive basis. The party consisted of me, my mum, sister and three teenagers. We flew out on 20th July 2022 for one week. The rooms were small and pokey and a little worn which we could live with. The hotel was meant to be 4 star and clearly wasn’t. The food was very bland & what was on the lunch menu was then turned in to something for dinner - plus it was could.
During the stay day if our holiday myself, mum and sister were waking through the hotel grounds to the beach. This is when my mum slipped on the wet for due to the ground being wet after watering the grounds. There were not wet floor signs around to indicate tgst the floors were wet & neither was there any signs around the people area with people constantly slipping or falling over. We saw the hotel doctor who advises that my mum had badly sprained her ankle - she couldn’t walk and had to rely on the use of the hotel wheelchair. Basically on return to the UK it transpires tgst she had in fact broke her foot in three places which required surgery and is still recovering now.
Complaint raised with TUI & then referred to legal team on 01/08/2022. After numerous emails and chasers I am still yet to hear from TUI regarding my complaint. The only update is that the complaint is being investigated - don’t see how it can take a year to investigate and be no further forward. The lack of after care and communication is totally shocking and I have no idea who TUI think that this level of service is acceptable
