An excellent hotel in a strategic location for all the attractions of the city.
We stayed in this hotel for two nights in June 2026, two couples of friends. The strong point of the hotel is definitely the location, truly strategic in the center of Granada, just a few steps from everything: Cathedral, Royal Chapel, historic center. The Alhambra is a 20-minute walk away (even though it is a nice uphill walk...). The hotel is comfortable, with beautiful rooms even if they are not brand new, featuring lovely Moorish architecture. There is also a convenient parking lot (for a fee), which is essential if you arrive by car. The buffet breakfast is very rich and varied, in a nice cozy room, which in the afternoon and evening also becomes a bar and restaurant.
Definitely a recommended hotel for visiting Granada.

Siamo lieti di sapere che ha trovato la nostra posizione strategica e comoda per esplorare le meraviglie di Granada. È un vero piacere apprendere che ha apprezzato la nostra colazione a buffet e l'architettura caratteristica delle stanze.
Ci fa piacere anche sapere che ha trovato il nostro servizio di parcheggio utile. Ci teniamo a fornire a tutti i nostri ospiti un soggiorno confortevole e memorabile. Per quanto riguarda le stanze, ci stiamo impegnando costantemente per mantenere e migliorare il comfort e l'estetica delle nostre strutture. La sua opinione è molto importante per noi e ci aiuta a migliorare ulteriormente.

Perfect location and very friendly staff
We spent two nights in this hotel during our stay in Andalusia. We were particularly impressed by the excellent location in the old town, the very friendly staff, and the cleanliness of the room.
The air conditioning worked excellently and provided pleasant conditions even at high outside temperatures. The breakfast at the adjacent establishment was of good quality and offered a successful start to the day. Another plus is the coffee machine in the lobby for guests who are on the go early.
There are minor drawbacks regarding the bathroom. There were slight discolorations of the silicone visible, especially in the sink area. Additionally, there was occasionally a slight drainage smell in the room. The drive through the narrow streets of the old town takes some getting used to and requires some driving experience.
Despite these minor criticisms, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel due to its location and very good service.

Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed and nicely decorated. Bathroom was also good sized and very clean. Staff was very helpful, giving great directions on how to arrive at the hotel. We ended up having breakfast which was also good.

A stay in a stately mansion where it is best to wake up early.
This accommodation is aesthetically a marvel. Inside, it maintains a very cool, stately mansion vibe. The fountain, a wonderful stained-glass window in the interior courtyard, a true fantasy, the hallways, the paintings... it is a pleasure that a hotel in the center of Granada is maintained like this.
Upon my arrival, I was assisted at the front desk by a charming guy named Pedro, who was very nice and gave me all the instructions for my stay. A lovely receptionist.
Once in the room, everything maintains that retro touch (a large wooden-tipped headboard)... the truth is that the room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom really could use a renovation (I got a bathtub and it was very narrow to move around in, and the shower screen was fixed and did not allow for much space). Then, it is a standard that they provide shampoo and body wash, but I get the feeling that it is all the same and there was no difference between them. Minor details, let's say.
What did dampen my stay was the noise level in the mornings. In my reservation, I already requested as much as possible a quiet room, away from the elevator, but I found that every morning there was a bustle of going up and down, people with suitcases, talking loudly, carts; the truth is that they woke me up every morning with the noise from outside. Perhaps, if I return, I will ask for a room on the ground floor (I imagine they will be more expensive), but I experienced all the coming and going of people and it tarnished my rest at the hotel.
The hotel does not have a restaurant per se, but breakfasts are offered at the restaurant next door. Well, the buffet is a basic, tight offering. It does not have a great variety, but if you are one of those who needs something before starting the morning, it works for you.

Well-located hotel
The hotel has an excellent location and is very nice. You must keep in mind that it is an old hotel, so it may feel rustic. Our air conditioning started to malfunction and the temperature outside was 40 degrees. They offered to move us, but the rest of the rooms were the same. The staff is super friendly and there is restaurant service. Basic breakfast but good for starting the day.
