A nightmare

We arrived and the entrance goes with code, something common today, however, there was no key to once you opened it, we had to move the sofa to the door to use it as a bolt to sleep easier. The door didn’t quite close, so all the street noise and cold came in.
The heating was at the entrance so in the room it was cold and when the air entered through the door the apartment did not heat up.
There's no blind, by day you're seen completely.
The bed was very uncomfortable, we woke up with back pain.
The water either came out frozen or burned your skin, there was no middle ground.
As soon as I entered there was a bucket and a mop, there was no room to store it and it was in the way.
There was no closet or hangers, so you couldn't take the clothes out of the suitcase.
You call and they won't pick up your phone.
We had two paid nights but we counted the hours to leave, we got to talk to booking and we got the money back from the second night. We had to find other accommodation.
A horrible experience.
