TOP apartment with bathroom to be renovated

I have been staying for a few days in June in the attic and the experience has been very positive. Comfortable apartment, fully equipped, even with a terrace, well located... However, as a point of improvement I would like to say that the bathroom, specifically the shower, require a reform: the space, the appearance, the lack of water pressure. It is a shame but totally deserving of the rest of the apartment.

Bad faith and Fraud

- [x] This is a terrible place to stay. Not recommended at all. It is an uncomfortable, cramped apartment with a ceiling so low that you have to walk hunched over, smaller than advertised, with a terrace full of excrement, broken and unusable chairs, and a patio umbrella piled on a table because it has no stand to hold it up. And worst of all, when we asked for the complaint form required by law for all lodging establishments, we were cynically told to leave the apartment and cancel the reservation, which was entirely abusive since the money was non-refundable. It was 7 totally uncomfortable days, during which they refused to listen to us because the manager acted like a real crook and in bad faith.

The administrator's service was terrible.

Our experience at this accommodation was disastrous.
The apartment we were assigned was a loft with an extremely low ceiling; we had to walk hunched over to move through some areas and avoid hitting our heads. This circumstance was not warned about and turned the stay into an uncomfortable and unsafe experience.
The terrace, which was the only exit to the outside and the main source of ventilation, was dirty with excrement, with broken chairs, the umbrella piled on the table because it did not have a stand to hold it up, so we could not enjoy that space.
We booked and paid for seven nights with the expectation of enjoying a comfortable vacation. However, what disappointed us the most was the administrator's attitude. Although we explained our difficulties from the very first moment and requested some solution or improvement, we did not find the empathy or customer service that we expected from a tourist accommodation.
When we requested the complaint form to file our grievance, he cynically told us to leave the apartment and cancel the reservation. This was not possible, as the money was non-refundable.
We would not recommend this apartment, especially to older people or those looking for comfortable and accessible accommodation.

Convenient to downtown

Booked online nice apartment in the center very convenient to walk around the city.
The problem and not insignificant was that the referents never met and wrote to us through whatsapp. We arrived at the apartment the next day because our flight was cancelled and today unfortunately, despite having taken out insurance, they do not want to give us a refund for the lost night.

Lovely but out of the way

Lovely little flat but is out of the way and can’t be considered central for Madrid. Good air conditioning and bathroom facilities

In a residential area.
When we were there subway was closed so travel was restricted
