Great hotel!
This hotel is a marvel,
The rooms are spacious and impeccable, with all the amenities.
It is a hotel where they are very attentive to the guest, offering them great kindness everywhere, at the front desk, in the dining room... All the staff is charming. The breakfast is very delicious.. quality products presented with care as well.
I got room 111 and although the window faced an interior courtyard, I was very comfortable, it was cool and very quiet for resting.
It also offers drinks and snacks (sweet, savory, little salads) 24 hours a day, and for free.
If you want to stay in a good hotel in a quiet place, even if it is on the outskirts of the city, it is worth walking a little bit to public transport; I recommend it.
Without a doubt, I will return as soon as I can.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff and amenities. Great, safe location in a lovely neighborhood. We were beyond satisfied with everything on our stay. Beautiful, comfortable room and a wonderful complimentary coffee bar with a selection of snacks and drinks including alcohol. Very impressive!

Small but very efficient hotel. Excellent breakfast, everything was clean, and the staff were professional, well-prepared, and very helpful.

Room was spacious, bathroom clean and new, staff very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. There is an underground garage but it’s tight to maneuver around concrete posts but doable in small to mid sized car. Best stay we had in Madrid!

Warm Welcome and Perfect Stay in Madrid
ARTIEM in Madrid is honestly the most perfect hotel we could have picked for our stay. From the moment we walked in, the whole team made us feel so welcome, everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely, nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel just makes you feel really good and relaxed, which is not easy to find in a big city. The location worked great for us too, easy to get around and explore. We will definately be coming back next time we visit Madrid, and I can recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so memorable, you were wonderful from start to finish.
