Great location
The location of this hotel was perfect. It was in the center of everything! The rooms were clean and always fresh. The service was okay for the most part. We got complaints about our noise levels which I do think it was exaggerated and the desk lady had it out for us. She “knew” exactly where the noise was coming from. I’d stay here again but if you’re a loud family it might not be the best for you. Restrooms were clean. Breakfast was good and a free water machine was available 24/7!!

Excellent service at Hotel Casual Teatro
I have been surprised by the staff, the location, and the short but intense experience. Special attention from Amman at Reception

Casual Hotel in Madrid. Excellent.
The hotel staff are charming. Everyone is very attentive and pleasant. This is the second time we have stayed at Casual Hotel del Teatro in Madrid, but it will not be the last.

City Break in Madrid
Perfect location for the main sights and excellent connections via underground and bus to further afield.
We had a twin room and it was really quite spacious; beds were comfy and you had a pillow menu to choose how firm or soft you wanted it. Bathroom was clean and practical.
We had a little fridge which was a nice touch to keep cold drinks.
Air con in the room wouldn't go lower than 23 so not ideal. Our only comment was the air freshener was really intense.
Staff were polite and helpful and spoke good English.
Lovely little roof terrace. We didn't use the breakfast service but knew it was available
