Well located and comfortable

Well located hotel in front of the metro stop of Plaza Castilla. The rooms are spacious, clean and well soundproofed. Breakfast is quite varied. The only catch is that the furniture in the rooms is a little left. Otherwise, everything perfect.

Horrible experience- had everything STOLEN from us at this hotel

Terrible hotel experience, and serious problems with security. Not only was the hotel room sub-par, we had all our luggage and expensive laptop computer STOLEN from us IN FRONT OF THE RECEPTIONISTS. The shady porter guy at the door claimed not to have seen anything. Yeah, rght…
Do not stay here. Major security concerns, and they will claim not to have seen anything.
We placed a police report at the closest police station, and will follow up by taking legal action as well.
Again, so not stay at this hotel. You have been warned.

Very nice and charming experience, we have been going through the history of a large and really wonderful village.

Very well located hotel, perfect service, very complete buffet. and in general the perfect hotel service in addition to the human group who are very good and professional, and as I said earlier I will recommend this establishment every time I am asked.

Good hotel. Good location.

Good location, nice hotel and comfortable rooms, not very varied breakfast. But right across the street there is a café and several restaurants.
The minibar in the room costs but is not notified until departure.
I would come back but without consuming from the minibar!

A horrible experience -- and I am not usually hard to please.

I can't remember when I have stayed in such a horrible place. I almost tripped and hurt myself getting out of the bath because only one side of a support bar/soap dish was attached to the tile. Heard every sound from the surrounding rooms even though the guests there were not really noisy. My heating work but there was no heat in the rooms of my friends who were travelling with me. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Supper was one of the worst meals I have had in any hotel anywhere.
