Better than a hostel, could be a hotel room

As soon as you enter the room you smell clean! Room and private bathroom in the room spotless.
Clean towels and sheets.
Comfortable bed!
Interior room with no street noise: better to request it! Mine was room number 4!
Hair dryer seems to be one of old style but new and super working!
Central place to walk the most popular places in Madrid!
The stra advice for the value for money! Possibility to leave luggage on site in a great day!
The only sore point I would like to point out is the Wi-Fi that does not work well!

The room was poorly lit, a glade plug in saturated the room and left its scent on our clothes and in our hair. It caused us headaches and irritated my throat. We ended up changing hotels.

Last year right, this year wrong

It's the second time I've been. The first one I had no complaint. Now I have been from December 11 to 14 (today). The TV in my room did not work (14), yesterday they had problems and did not put heating until 9 p.m., they had given me a room that if I had a table, but could not be opened, there was no room for the chair. Yes, they changed me to number 14 and better. I don't think you'll be back.

Disappointing and teasing

I made two reservations which I canceled, I have been charged 63 euros , I have claimed and the explanation that the system has three reservations I tell them to tell me on which days they were made appear the two I made and the third tell me that on the same day it was made 2 at a time, which is false , since I have the mails cosigning only 2 reservations , it just gives me to think how there can be people with such a low profile directing and attending to the public

Huid

The first and last time we stayed. Noises inside the hostel at all hours. It was 01:20 in the morning when they started banging on the door of the room on several occasions where we got scared and had to go out into the hallway to see what was happening. The next day from 08:00 in the morning I horny in the reception (which is glued to the rooms) laughing and talking out loud. We had to get attention on several occasions. Not content with it, the next night exactly the same. Speaking loudly in the late morning from reception. Again we had to go out to say that please it was too late to speak out loud and make unnecessary noises. To have paid what has been paid per night (which is well paid...) I find the attention and disrespect of the staff despicable.
