Superb value for Madrid, a comfortable stay, wonderful staff

Delighted with this hotel - simple but excellent value for Madrid. Convenient for the metro, the room was clean, comfortable and spotless, but what really made it was the staff on reception. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and are what would make me be more than happy to come and stay here again. Mary in particular was a delight - her infectious enthusiasm and warm welcome was the perfect start to our stay!

Good for a budget minded traveller. Clean and pleasant

No complaints. The room was clean and everything was well maintained. The hotel was about an 8min walk from the metro and it seemed safe. The location isn’t close to the major attractions but you can easily hop on the subway. The price is reasonable. The staff were helpful when needed. The housekeeping staff cleaned each day

Simple, comfortable, friendly

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights.the location is close to a metro station and there are also plenty of restaurants and bars close by, also a supermarket. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, we were made to feel very welcome every time we came into reception, they made every effort to answer any questions. The room was simple but very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a good size with everything we needed for our stay. We paid 8€ each for breakfast each morning, this was provided in a cafe 2 minutes from the hotel was very good value. There was a good choice of breakfast ranging from a fry up to churros, a hot drink and orange juice were included in the price. We enjoyed our breakfasts in this neighbourhood cafe, speaking a little Spanish helped. I highly recommend this hotel, it was very simple but provided all we needed for a comfortable stay.
