Excellent location

Very good detail, three complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerator upon arrival. Nice staff. Correct and clean room for three. Not overcrowded.

3-star hotel justitas. Friendly reception staff. Good operation of the air conditioning. Good location near the metro. Otherwise, the bed is not comfortable, the room overlooked an inner courtyard of ducts, the shower water came out brown at first, and after a long time waiting, it kept coming out murky. Interestingly, the one in the sink came out normal.

Unfortunately, our second stay at this hotel in Madrid did not meet expectations, especially compared to our first visit. The state of ventilation in the rooms left much to be desired; the air was dense and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. This problem led us to change rooms, but even, the new one did not offer the level of comfort and quality we expected.
Rooms in general showed signs of wear and tear, with beds and furniture falling short of what is expected of a hotel. After this disappointing experience, we are seriously considering not staying here again on future visits to Madrid. It is a pity, as it is located in a central place of the neighborhood La Latina in Madrid. With lots of tourist area around. We emphasize the friendliness of the front desk staff who always tried to solve the problem.

Very nice weekend stay

Very nice location, clean room and efficient and friendly staff. It was a bit expensive, but that was because of the busy weekend in Madrid. Close to bars and restaurants, a few blocks from the metro station. We did not try the breakfast. Very likely that we will go back.

Disastrous experience. Not recommended

Disastrous experience. Hotel that needs urgent renovation, rooms with very old furniture and beds for the excessive price per room. There are others in the area with similar quality and prices.
Bathroom not suitable for people with reduced mobility or elderly people, old bathtub.
The mattresses need urgent change as can be seen in the photograph.
In short, for not expanding... A DISASTER
