Wonderful hotel. If you can compare Madrid to New York City, hotel, Leonardo feels like uptown. Super walkable to all areas.

Will try elsewhere next time.

Ordered double bed, got two singles pushed together on wheels. Beds were similar to metal frame camping beds not comfortable. Hotel was noisy. It was clean and basic.

Staff at the reception desk were not warm and quite blunt and rude. Not helpful at all. Spider webs in the room. Small bugs in the bed. And brown water from taps.

Convenient

This hotel is located just outside the busiest tourist areas, yet still within easy walking distance of major attractions such as the Opera House.
The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The décor is fairly simple and slightly dated in places.
The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options to start the day.
I particularly appreciated the neighborhood around the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, but the atmosphere is much calmer and more relaxed than in the main tourist districts. The nearest metro station is less than a five-minute walk away.

Good location, great breakfast.
The room was very comfortable besides the fact that the room has a water damaged wood floor that is extremely cuped and hard to walk on with no shoes.
One elevator would not register to go down to the lobby. We had to switch elevators more than once.
