Great Stay
Excellent location right on Gran Via. Rooms are large and well equipped. Service is excellent; they anticipated your needs. The rooftop bar was beautiful. Thank you to Elsa at the reception, Isabel at the restaurant and Nathalie and Jorge from concierge.

Nice hotel with nice staff
NH Collection Hotel in Eurobuilding is a nice, modern hotel. Staff was lovely, the front desk gave us our room even before check in time. Housekeeping was great about extra towels.
While the hotel is nice, it's not near the old part of Madrid. Probably great for the stadium or business, but a little far out for typical tourist things.
Check your check before paying in Bikini Bar as we were charged for 3 drinks, but only had 2.
It would be nice if they had soap bars and a place to put them in the shower.

Excellent hotel
The hotel is located in an area with many services around it, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
Fast check-in, friendly staff. Pleasant smell at the front desk. Spacious room with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Comfortable and cozy bed, very clean. Very good breakfast, with everything you could imagine: hot, cold, natural juices, cheeses, etc. Worth returning.

Perfect hotel for a Madrid trip
I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Madrid.
The room was beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable after long days of exploring the city. The staff was exceptional throughout my stay, and the concierge was especially helpful with recommendations and making sure everything went smoothly.
One of the biggest surprises was the breakfast. I normally skip hotel breakfasts in favor of finding a local café, but this one was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It ended up being one of my favorite parts of the stay.
Another huge advantage is the location. Having DiverXO, one of the world’s most celebrated three Michelin-star restaurants, right at the hotel was an incredible perk and made for an unforgettable dining experience. The hotel is also close to the Santiago Bernabéu.
While many of Madrid’s famous attractions are about a 1.5 mile walk away, I actually enjoyed strolling through the city each day. It was a great way to experience different neighborhoods and discover cafés, shops, and parks along the way.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding service, an excellent breakfast, and a fantastic location especially if you’re interested in football, concerts, or Michelin-star dining this is a fantastic choice.
