well located hotel with fabulous breakfast
It was my first visit to Madrid attending conference with hint of touring. Aircondition system, gym use, welcome drinks and cleanness was spotless and all staffs were kind and helpful. The biggest satisfaction comes from the breakfast-wide range of selection of all quality foods, which made my day very pleasant.

Lovely Stay
The location is lovely and safe. Lots of Michelin star restaurants around, bars, authentic Spanish food places and two supermarkets nearby. And if you want more of an International food the restaurant at the hotel is quite nice too
Train station is only 5 mins walk and city center is just two stops away. Very convenient.
I had a personal issue at the hotel and Ms Lydia was really kind, she helped me sort it out. Felt very cared for. Thank you!”

Very good stay

Clean hotel in good neighborhood
Great service and quiet neighborhood with plenty of cafe around.

Great people
The service here is outstanding. Even before we arrived, Lydia reached out with a warm email asking if we had any special requests. We were visiting for a very special occasion, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Upon arrival, Laura at the front desk was amazing; she welcomed us with a huge smile, looking as excited as a kid who couldn't hold in a secret! And she truly knew something great was waiting for us: when we got to our room, we were greeted with balloons, beautiful amenities, and a heartwarming letter. They made our stay unforgettable.
