Great Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Madrid
Location is great for top tourist sites.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room (triple) was very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom.
Really nice full breakfast was included with our stay.
Price was reasonable, even during peak tourist season.

Muchas gracias por sus amables palabras. Nos alegra saber que disfrutó de la terraza de desayuno y del buffet completo; en nuestra inigualable sala de desayunos, con la espectacular panorámica de las dos cuadrigas que coronan el antiguo edificio del BBVA, cuidamos cada detalle para que las mañanas sean especiales. Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes ravis que nos collègues aient pu vous servir en français au petit déjeuner. Nous sommes aussi heureux que la salle vous ait paru spacieuse et lumineuse, et que vous ayez apprécié la vue sur les superbes bâtiments autour.
Au Petit Palace Alcalá, installé dans l'emblématique Edificio la Unión et le Fénix Español, nous veillons à offrir un petit déjeuner healthy dans une salle avec une panoramique spectaculaire, notamment sur les deux quadrigas qui couronnent l'ancien immeuble du BBVA sur la Calle Alcalá.
