Very good option in Madrid, with details to improve.
The location and the area are good. The apartments are nice. I have come several times and I always have the same impression; that overall the service is not good, in various aspects and details. I will give an example; these days in Madrid it is unbearably hot, the hotel has a nice and lovely pool, but it opens only at 11:30 in the morning, that is, noon. When I inquired why the pool could not be enjoyed starting at 8-9 when the sun is 'good', they respond that 'it is the time when the lifeguard arrives.' Unbelievable! As if there were not enough qualified and available people to do this job in Madrid!!!
Another detail is that they leave a coffee maker but no coffee capsules. Not even two. It seems to me an absolute lack of warmth and attention to travelers.
As I said, the apartments I have stayed in are always nice, they are practical and comfortable, those with a terrace are even better. Regarding this, I am a smoker, I reserved a room with a terrace, and I was warned that if I smoke even on the terrace I could be fined. It had happened to me in the United States, but not in Europe, in any country. So, my score would be 3.5 and it is because although the hotel is nice and comfortable, the rules and the treatment of customers, in my opinion, leave much to be desired.

Clean and modern room equipped with everything you need for staying in Madrid. Close to metro station and rapid connection to explore Madrid. The staff was excellent and promptly answered any questions we had before and during our stay. I recommend this place for a couple or family up to 4 visiting Madrid.

Good standard apartment near the bernabeau stadium. Minor complaint was the pool was not open - this wasn’t that clear on the website when booking. Also, the aircon did not work very well.

Great property , very spacious,everything immaculately clean , well organised and needed for a short stay. Very safe area and great for families .Staff were polite and very helpful
