Scam!!!

SCAM. You arrive and you get thrown away, we had to look for a much more expensive last minute hotel. We filed a consumer complaint and they allege that we did not show up despite providing evidence of 20 calls. They don't pick up your phone and when they pick it up they tell you that there is no light that they have to cancel the reservation and that you claim to the website to get your money back. He throws me all my money or ostia, no claim sheet or tourism or milk, lawyer and court to get the money back from these people who should be buried!

This hotel is a fraud. We were unable to find the "hotel". There was no way to get in touch by phone with the hotel. The address leads nowhere. Stuck in a residential neighborhood. Avoid to get fraud here. Trip.com should remove this from their selection.
