The unit is very spacious, it was perfect for a family of five. It is a second floor so the noise of the street can be at times noticeable. The cleaning was satisfactory (we stayed more than 4 nights).

This was a great location. Beautiful apartment! Very communicative for check in process and easy to rent a locker if we arrived early.

Meh

Bed just on the floor and slides when you lay down against the wall to relax. Pillows like tissue paper, charge extra for cleaning or necessitys. Could be cleaner and offer a few more coffee pods to last more than a day.

very very bad

Consumer complaint against Stayforlong and Slow Suites Chueca We booked two rooms for six people at the Slow Suites Chueca establishment in Madrid through www.stayforlong.com, with reservation number 9088161272054, for the dates of July 2 to 4. We were traveling with two 5-year-old children. However, our stay dates coincided with the Madrid Pride events, which attract massive attendance. Neither during the booking process nor before our arrival were we informed that access to the area where the accommodation is located could be severely restricted, with police checkpoints and significant access difficulties. When we tried to reach the accommodation, we found that the area was closed with police barriers and that access was extremely difficult due to the huge influx of people. We spent hours trying to reach the establishment with our luggage and our two young children. When we finally managed to reach the building after great difficulties, there was no staff member to receive or assist us. Despite our repeated attempts to contact by phone and email, we did not receive any effective help. The fact that we were unable to safely access our accommodation during the night with our children was an extremely exhausting experience both physically and psychologically. The large crowd, safety concerns, and uncontrollable circumstances caused fear in our children and a significant level of stress for our entire family. The accommodation was presented as suitable and safe for families, but we did not receive the reasonable level of service and assistance that could be expected. As a consequence of this situation, we were unable to properly enjoy the accommodation service for which we had paid. Furthermore, we suffered a considerable loss of time, additional expenses, and a significant disruption to our travel plans. We consider that our rights as consumers have been violated, since the contracted service could not be used effectively and the establishment did not provide the necessary assistance. We contacted Stayforlong to request a refund of the amount paid, but our claim was rejected without being offered a satisfactory solution. For all these reasons, I respectfully request that our claim be investigated, that appropriate measures be taken, and that we be provided with support to obtain a refund of the amount paid. Likewise, I request that this case be evaluated to prevent other consumers from suffering similar situations in the future.
