Excellent

The accommodation is in an excellent location. Beautiful, clean and above all functional apartment. Everything is arranged so that the guest has a pleasant stay. And so it was. We'll come back again!

Clean lines, modern, and spacious - perfect for a family of four with two teenagers. The location was excellent and safe. Close to plenty of restaurants and bakeries but also close to the subway. The beds were comfortable and we heard no other noise (even though the building was completely booked out)! The patio was an added bonus. Oh - as was the ping pong table. Huge win with our teenagers!!!!
Three things that would make it even better:
1. Leave the AC on so that guests don’t arrive to an incredibly stuffy and sweaty hot upstairs after they’ve traveled all night and spent the day under 40C sun. We almost cried walking into the hot apartment - though it cooled down after about three or four hours.
2 The carpet and the couch are stained. That was off putting as we walked in and it was the first thing we saw. Please clean this.
3. The master bath sinks and shower don’t drain properly.
Overall - the space and location were a big win!

We suffered a robbery.

Extremely insecure hotel and regrettable management in case of a burglary inside the room. During our stay at Uma Suites O’Donnell we were robbed of cash inside the apartment while we were away. The gate was coded and when he returned he showed no sign of forcing. The scientific police went and, according to the agents, the door had a hidden lock and the locking system was very vulnerable, as well as there were no security cameras at the plant. We reasonably suspect they were able to access it from the adjoining apartment, which remained empty and without apparent movement throughout the stay. The worst part was the hotel’s reaction: no one in charge came forward, they didn’t offer real solutions or take their part in obvious security flaws; they just washed their hands. The sense of vulnerability and lack of protection was absolute. After this experience, we would never come back and do not recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Sentimos que tu experiencia no ha sido todo lo positivo que nos hubiera gustado. La información que estás proporcionando en este comentario no transmite claramente los hecho reales y contiene varias suposiciones que aun no están confirmados por la policía nacional.
Primero, el edificio tiene un sistema de acceso con los códigos personales (cada huésped tiene el suyo) y aparte tienen un sistema de videovigilancia 24/7 que permite ver a todos el mundo que está entrando en el edificio.
Segundo, no existe ninguna evidencia que alguien ha accedido a tu apartamento desde el otro apartamento. Es una hipótesis tuya que no ha tenido ninguna confirmación por la parte de la policía nacional.
Tercero, desde tu primera llamada nuestro personal de atención al cliente os estaba acompañando y indicando los pasos a seguir que corresponden a un caso como este.
Cuarto, estamos colaborando con la policía nacional sobre el caso indicado, y para agilizar la investigación ya hemos proporcionado toda la información solicitada.
Quinto, antes de la resolución de parte de la policía nacional nos parece demasiado temprano para sacar las conclusiones de lo que ha ocurrido realmente.

This is the second time I stay at this very hotel, it’s excellent and very homey. It’s like having your own apartment in the city and is close to everything.
