Sisters on holiday
We stayed at this property two nights, we had a great time.
B & B in peno centro , a stone's throw from the metro , central bus station , and close to Plaza de toro where the stop is to take the tourist bus.
When you leave the front door you are enveloped by the Valencian atmosphere with its bars teeming with people..... here you will certainly have no difficulty finding a place and to have a good aperitif and for lunch / dinner.
Everything is at your fingertips, with a walk you will already be in the historic center to visit the monuments of interest.
Regarding the structure we had a good welcome and availability, the house is basic and very clean. On the part of the host there is a lot of attention in cleaning several times a day of the bathrooms that are shared by guests. The shared areas are cheerful and colorful put a good mood, there is also an outdoor terrace with tables where you can smoke a cigarette or just have a drink and have a chat.
Very positive experience, if we return to Valencia we will definitely stay here.

In the heart of the centre
Dated structure consisting of 6 rooms with 2 shared bathrooms. If you don't get too formal about the "Spartan" aspect and are looking for 1 b & b in an excellent location in the center, this is ideal. Run by very helpful girls who pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Advised

Comfortable and relaxing
We stayed here for 4 days and we have really enjoyed it. In the first place we were a little sceptic when we came, but then we met the host who is the sweetest woman! The place is simple but very comfy and home alike. The location is perfect, central and easy to get to.

Per un soggiorno diverso
Posizione strategica e centralissima, ci si trova nelle immediate vicinanze della Placa de Toros e della Plaza de Ayuntamiento ed inoltre la fermata della metro la si trova a circa 20 metr (Xativa linee 3 e 5 che collegano direttamente con l’aeroporto).
La strutturasi trova al primo piano, non ci sono bagni riservati, ma in comune (n.2) però sempre trovati puliti. I letti sono delle reti e come comodini ci sono dei tavolini. Noi eravamo in una camera che affacciava su un vuoto a celo aperto e complice la calura estiva il riposo non era il massimo (si sudava parecchio nonostante i ventilatori messi a disposizione). La colazione è Self-service e purtroppo non particolarmente variegata, nota per me dolente è stata la mancanza di acqua cosa che appena sveglio devo assolutamente avere. Per rimediare alla carenza mi alzavo al mattino e raggiungevo il primo alimentare per l'acquisto di bottiglie d'acqua. Sono presenti brick di latte, biscotti, cereali, plumacake, marmellate. Diciamo che più che catalogarlo in un b&b lo metterei a confronti con ostelli. Comunque nonostante tutto il personale è assolutamente disponibile e cordiale tant'è che ha permesso a mio figlio di sciacquarsi dalla sabbia l'ultimo giorno primo di partire per il rientro. Lo consiglio ai ragazzi che cercano un punto in centro per dormire senza spendere un'esagerazione per una famiglia con i problemi che ho evidenziato direi che si soffre un poco. Però come tutto dipende dallo spirito di adattamento e da cosa si cerca.

Mitt på gågatan
Svårt att hitta, om du nu inte har gatuadressen. Ingen skylt! Ring på porttelefonen.
Trevlig personal. Nycklar till rum, boende och port.
Det är nog mer ett "backpacker" ställe än ett B&B!
MEN prisvärt! Bra läge. Frukost tillgänglig alltid. Mjölk, flingor, bröd, marmelad, kaffe, frukt och muffins.
Rummet hade ett förrum, rum med dubbelsäng, stol och hängare.
Inga hyllor att packa upp på.
Två duschar/toaletter som städades bra. De gemensamma ytorna städades bra. Rummet inte alls.
Bra wifi. Svårt med två personer i en ganska lite dubbelsäng.
Ingen TV och dålig belysning på rummet.
I det gemensamma badrummet finns det gott om flaskor med olika tvålar/schampon

We take the opportunity to comment that, the bathrooms are shared, the double rooms have beds of 1.50cm and 90cm.
We do not have a TV but the possibility of enjoying the books we share.
