Very good hotel
Great hotel, It deserve 5 stars. Very modern and clean. Staff is very professional. Breakfast is amazing...
Good location no matter if it is half an hour from center...it gives you opportunity to see the town wider...

bad experience
arrived, saw room, booked an alternative and checked out. Room smells damp, shower has mould everywhere,
not somewhere I would stay. Communal areas also dirty/ tatty,
carpets threadbare,

Very pleasant stay.
Excellent hotel regarding comfort, cleanliness, and staff treatment. Well located near the subway and supermarket. I highlight the varied breakfast and the hotel restaurant, which is managed great by César. I highly recommend it. Luz and José from Argentina.

Cheap hotel out of the city centre with swimming pool
We were just in Valencia for one night and wanted a hotel that was easy and that had a pool. This was cheap - £70 for the night. Pool and bar area nice although note the pool doesn’t open until 11am. Room quite smelly as others have said, particularly the bathroom. Easy to get to the Metro from the hotel and easy access to the city and the airport.

Avoid this hotel
Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel.
Room service is clearly advertised in the room, but when we tried calling, nobody answered for around 15 minutes. When someone finally picked up, we were told room service was not available that day.
We then went down to the restaurant. After waiting about 10 minutes just to receive the menus, we chose what we wanted, only for the waiter to come back another 10 minutes later to tell us service would be very slow because they had a party of 110 people. The restaurant was almost empty at the time, so this should have been explained immediately instead of making us wait.
The hotel is also badly located, with very few restaurant options nearby. The room itself is okay, but definitely not up to 4-star standards. The bathroom is very basic, with dirty joints around the shower.
I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely look elsewhere next time.
