The best I've ever tasted in Spain
We made a stay with breakfast and spa. I have visited quite a few stops but this is certainly the best for its location, cleanliness, services and food. The breakfast buffet is spectacular. The spa a wonder. In addition at reception they advise you to do activities near the hotel. We did the nature trails on foot and the boat trip through L'albufera. Amazing!!!

Hotel in a privileged location but with management that treats its customers like children.
This weekend, the last of May, my wife and I took the opportunity to go to the Parador del Saler, which enjoys an enviable location by the sea and the beach. On Thursday we arrived, the crystal-clear pool was perfect. The next day, Friday the 29th, we woke up in the morning and found the pool, the main attraction of the Parador, empty, without water. We went to the reception to ask what happened, and they told us that they were doing routine maintenance. We requested that the Director of the establishment come and give us an explanation. The Director arrives and tells us the same thing, that they are doing maintenance at the end of May. Let's see, gentlemen, who is in charge of this establishment? It turns out that the entire Parador is full, and although they tell us not to wash the towels because we need to save water, they empty the pool, wasting thousands of liters of water. They could have warned us about a senseless decision, and we would have gone to another hotel. The director thinks that customers are minors and therefore there is no need to clarify anything or provide customers with any convincing explanation. Evidently, in the end, the truth comes out; during the night, they left the drain key open, and the pool was left empty. Wouldn't it have been easier to tell the truth from the very beginning and treat customers like adults, with a solution and a clear timeline for when it would be resolved? The Director of the establishment never told us when it would be resolved, simply stating that they were working on it. Can this happen in a 5-star hotel?

Les recuerdo perfectamente, por nuestra conversación en el hall de recepción junto al mostrador de recepción. Tal y como les indiqué, el incidente del Viernes fue un problema de mantenimiento, y en el momento de intentar hablar con ustedes desconocíamos qué había pasado exactamente. Intenté explicárselo, pero ustedes insistían en que les compensara invitándoles esa noche y no cobrándoles la habitación. Yo les dije que como a todos los clientes, les invitábamos a acceder al Spa, con su piscina de 25 metros ese Viernes y el Sábado, pero ustedes insistían en la invitación de la habitación. Usted se marchó y no pude explicarle más, pero tal y como les dije, estábamos trabajando en la solución y fruto de ello, la piscina quedó en funcionamiento esa misma tarde. Como ustedes pudieron comprobar y yo mismo pues me bañé tras comprobar todos los parámetros. Veo que han puesto en más portales el mismo comentario, y lamento de veras que se fueran así, nos hubiera encantado que tras disfrutar de esa playa maravillosa y de nuestros servicios sus reseñas fueran otras; pero fueron los únicos clientes que se manifestaron así; y no podía acceder a su solicitud. Mis disculpas por los inconvenientes de esa mañana.

The setting and environment are 5 stars, but not the dining and service!!!
The contemporary architecture of the hotel as well as its interior decoration are superb.
The room is spacious, good bedding, large balcony...
The paintings are faded, the bathtub is too high and not easy to access.
The hotel environment is exceptional, situated in the middle of a nature reserve, facing the sea and an exceptional international-level 18-hole golf course!
A large parking area that is easy to access.
We are disappointed by the mediocrity of the dining options (the worst being that of the bar…
The breakfast priced at 25 euros is far too expensive… the products offered are mostly very average; the service is slow…
Beautiful pool but equipped with very uncomfortable lounge chairs, where the metal frame quickly becomes noticeable.
The hotel staff does not seem very motivated to provide dynamic service.
This will not prevent us from returning, but only for the setting, the environment, and the golf.
Definitely not for the dining options, which are expensive and very average!

Very unpleasant stay …
Very unpleasant stay . Our room was clean but needed to be painted. Food and service in the dining room was very bad .We waited over an hour for service to order out meal. Only 2 staff on to do the dining room.
Breakfast was also bad … lots of tables not cleared off . Again short staffed. Would not recommend this hotel. Nothing good to say about it only some of the staff were very nice but all under pressure.
Won’t be back!
