Super hotel in perfect location
I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the cathedral and old town and great restaurants. What a great choice! The reception staff, the staff up on the roof terrace and the maid service were exemplary. If you’re after a view then this isn’t the hotel for you as there isn’t one. Didn’t bother me as it’s just a base. Lovely comfy bed, large wardrobe, sofa and kitchenette in my superior double. Cute little roof terrace where you eat breakfast which is waitress service not a buffet. Breakfast was lovely and filling with plenty of choice. Although they did run out of pancakes two days running. The plunge pool is just enough to have a quick dip to cool off and there are a few sunbeds with a couple of parasols. I only have a couple of minor negatives. There are not enough plug sockets!! I had to unplug the kettle and hairdryer to charge my phone and watch. Despite the tv having thousands of channels there are barely any you can actually watch and none in English - not great when you want to watch an England World Cup match!!
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Great location, good suites, cruel breakfast
The rooms are modern, spacious with kitchenette, which is very beneficial.
Breakfast we tried once. We can only discourage. Baking rolls, neither cheese nor sausage. The hotel has nicely cancelled and refunded the breakfast already booked and paid for (only for 6 instead of 7 days of 2 people, but we only saw that too late-at-home). TIP: either go for breakfast or shop for everything in the express Carefour and provide food yourself for a short time. You could even fry fried eggs. Nespresso machine available.
The staff was very nice and accommodating throughout. What we still noticed negatively: there are relatively few sockets.
Summary: Good location right next to the cathedral - full score was not awarded especially because of the terrible breakfast.

Fabulous location, right on main square outside Valencia cathedral.
Small, but necessary plunge pool. Staff very very friendly and helpful.
Large suite with safe and kitchen facilities, especially a fridge 😁

You can't choose better
One could not coose a better location around the corner from the Cathedral. Incredible value for money. Spacious rooms with all that one needs. Spotlessly clean with daily room service. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. Service beyond the call of duty when I realised on my return to the UK my keys were not with me. Quick contact with the hotel, they were found, collected by courier and are on on the way back to me as I write this review. Thanks to you all my the most wonderful 2 week holiday in your beautiful city.

One night with « breakfast » included
My experience at this hotel has been far below what one would expect from a 4-star establishment. Even more so when the usual room rate, without discounts, is around €200-220 per night.
The most disappointing thing was the treatment received regarding breakfast. It is incomprehensible that a hotel of this category would deny breakfast access to a guest who has already paid for it and who, furthermore, arrives before the official closing time. A 4-star hotel should prioritize customer service and offer a minimum of flexibility in situations like this. The feeling it conveys is that the customer stops being important as soon as they have made the payment.
Added to this is a continental breakfast that is very far from the expected level. The offering is more like that of a coffee shop where for €4.95 they serve toast, a latte, and a juice. The fruit was limited to three small pieces of kiwi, the "pastries" had more the look and texture of bread than pastries, and when we asked them to replenish more, the answer was that there was none left. The yogurt, furthermore, was served in a container smaller than a conventional supermarket yogurt. This is not a one-time restocking problem, but rather an offering that is clearly insufficient for the establishment's category.
If I had known beforehand that the breakfast offered was of this level and that the service would be so unoriented toward the customer, I would have chosen another hotel without hesitation. For me, breakfast is an important factor when deciding on accommodation, and this was an absolute disappointment.
I am not giving the breakfast a numerical rating because, honestly, it would be around a 1 out of 10. It is very far from what any traveler expects to find in a 4-star hotel.
As the only positive aspect, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
