Great modern hostel helpful staff
It was a very nice modern hostel and perfect for me as I had missed my connecting flight home from Ibiza and it was late at night and I had no where to sleep and came to this place last minute. It was very clean and very modern the staff were very helpful. I was in a lot of distress as I had a lot going on and I missed my flight and because of this I left so much of my stuff in the hostel by mistake. The staff kept it safe for 6 months for me and even packaged it up for me and measured it ready to be collected by a shipment company for me. I am beyond happy about this. I would definitely recommend as it is close to everything especially the train station, and the staff are very helpful, thank you so much, I would definitely return if ever in Valencia, and this time not leave my stuff lol

They take advantage of a mistake, it talks a lot about how they are
Very negative and distressing experience.
We booked 11 beds for a specific date through Booking.com. During the first payment attempt the page showed an error indicating that there were not enough beds available. Because of that message, we repeated the booking process thinking that the operation had not been completed. The second attempt was correctly confirmed, but we later discovered that the first attempt had also generated a reservation. As a result, two bookings were created for the same accommodation, on the same date and with the same number of beds, generating two separate charges. We have tried to resolve this situation in every possible way. From Booking.com we were informed that the one who should manage the return is the accommodation itself, but the establishment has refused to offer any kind of solution, claiming that the reservation is without free cancellation, although, I insist, all I asked was that I return MY MONEY that was withheld by a platform error, cheering a duplicate, repeat, I do not ask to cancel the reservation. After much insistence, faced with this situation we have had to initiate formal claims: a claim sheet has been requested, following legal advice and the corresponding procedures have been initiated to try to recover the money (310)
The most surprising thing is that the stay is planned in many months, so the beds corresponding to the double booking could be offered again without any problems. Even so, the accommodation has decided to keep MY money without offering any alternative.
After all that happened, sincerely the feeling we have left is very bad. The way this case has been handled has made us feel completely unprotected as clients and, personally, the situation comes to make you feel as if you are taking advantage of an obvious mistake in the booking process. Hopefully no one has to go through a similar experience.

Run, don't stay!!
The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because of good communication skills within Booking dot com. The staff, whoever was responding to me was doing a great job talking to me very promptly, back and forth at any hour either day or night. But the conditions...o my god!!! The mattress is very stiff, the shower stall is too tight. I am a medium person, 130 lb and my elbows and knees were touching the walls and the curtain, it was disgusting. Showers have no doors, just curtains, the stalls lined up in one corridor with the light only in corridor. Mixed gender showers with no doors. There's no shelve or hook inside the shower space, can't hung your clothes, I had to use the soap basket to put my purse there, and put my clothes and towels on the shower frame between 2 stalls!!! No shampoo, no nothing. After few minutes the lights go off, complete darkness. Then motion activation lights start. Scary. In the sleeping area the door lock wifi app STAYmyway never worked, had to walk downstairs several times to ask them unlock my door with their keys. They promised to give me the actual plastic key-card in the morning and that never happened. I have read about noisy conditions and slept with ear plugs. I paid for 3 nights...Next morning was awaken by load bang-bang noises, I went to the corridor and saw a setting for band and apparently they were practicing their drums. Early in the morning!! I left to find some peaceful location, away from this craziness.

No staircase to climb upstairs to the bed. Dirty sinks all day. Loud music until 11 PM
Fatal!! I am staying in this hostel for two nights, there is no staircase to climb to the bed above, only two bars and nowhere to grab you with your hands (in the end you grab the curtain bar or the sides with danger of hurting you) , it is dangers to climb and to descend further, I have always stayed in Hostels and I have never had so bad experience, not doing the way of Santiago. The very dirty sinks when I arrived on Friday night and the showers too and they haven't been cleaned until Saturday night. In the common room downstairs there was a party (we were already warned), but with the music at full volume until 11 PM. I had to get a chair into the room so I could go upstairs and
get off the bunk without opening my head. Not recommended at all and not to say otherwise because it is a lie.

Horrible
This was the worst hostel I have ever been to. They gave me a ground floor room that seemed like a luggage room cramped with beds. When I asked for another room they said they didn’t have any which seemed to be a lie. The upper floors must have been good but they didn’t bother to change the room. I just left the hostel and got another place to stay. When I told the reception they were not bothered. I felt they were racist bcos of their attitude
