Tops for cleanliness and friendly service

We stayed here as a family of 8 in 2 apartments. The apartments we spotlessly clean and just the right temp. The staff were exceptionally helpfull especially Alvaro and Lorena. They were from the moment we arrived very invested in our well being. Loads of advice about the attractions,the pitfalls and what should be booled in advance. They organised a great evening meal,plates all cleared. That says enough. We had a beautiful breakfast and they were both there next morning helping to make our plans seamless and fluid. Hope to see you all again soon.

The air conditioning did not work at all. The thermostat in the room did nothing. The temperature never went below 28 C (82 F). We complained and nothing was done. I dont think this building is capable of running a true a/c. There were no ceiling fans so sleeping through the night was very difficult. Overall it's a very bare bones property akin to a hostel. Noisy corridors, paper-thin walls, many groups of young people partying all night.

the staff was very pleasant, we felt at home. Apartment top we had all appliances. Bar top I have no words for the food and drink waiters, everything is top! we will come back because we had a good time. best regards Sanel

Great Location and Friendly Staff

Great stay in Valencia! The location is excellent, close to the City of Arts and Sciences and well connected to the city center. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Property was as described. Clean, plenty of space, within close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
