Best pool day in NYC
I had the most amazing time at the Coda Beach Club! They have brand new pool deck furniture and added a really nice outdoor screen and speakers that play music poolside. The ambience is fun and chill, and the drinks were delicious. The lobby, pool deck, and bathrooms are very clean. Perfect staycation for a pool day in NYC. Big thank you to Karina, Alberto, and Sim - they made the check in process easy, and truly made us feel so welcome. Shout out to Alison and Isaac at the bar for fast service, tasty drinks, and for being so friendly!

Understaffed and underwhelming
Mixed experience overall with their pool pass. I love the hotel. I miss some of the attention to detail aspects like I didn’t smell the beautiful scent when I entered. I booked the cabana with a group of ladies. I usually book every year as I overall always enjoy the pool and atmosphere although my best experience was with James in 2023. They seemed to be very understaffed. We didn’t have a designated server and had to go to the bar many times to order. The food was tasty but basic based on it being a 5 star hotel. Seemed like a wasted experience in having a cabana and VIP section missing the overall aesthetics including upscale food and drinks. The pool and added tv’s were nice. The staff were friendly aside from the expressionless Eastern European server we had.

We hear you on the staffing and the cabana experience not fully delivering on the elevated feel it should. Having a designated server is a core part of the cabana promise and we are sorry that fell short on this visit. Your feedback on the food and drink offering is also noted and something we are actively looking at as we continue to refine the Beach Club experience.
We also appreciate the smaller details you called out, including the scent on arrival. Those touches matter and we will make sure they are back in place.

I just had an extraordinary experience celebrating my friend's birthday! Huge thank you to Coda for always being amazing. Special thanks to Alison for being an incredible bartender, Franco for taking such great care of the front room, and our wonderful host, Tamia.

Pool Day - Alison and Franco
Had a great experience at the pool. Franco was so welcoming from the moment I arrived and made me feel comfortable right away. He was just as kind when I was leaving, which really stood out to me.
Alison, the bartender by the pool, was also amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The service from both of them was excellent, and I’ll definitely be back.

The decore is deconstructed intentionally but the overall aesthetic made the rooms look run down. I felt many on the staff were on their first day and some even said so. I had to call/text/email multiple times to made a pool reservation. There are steps to enter the lobby so of you have a large heavy bag you have to carry it up four to five steps. I had to ask several times for housekeeping service. The pool area is pretty good but as a hotel guest I was asked to leave at 2:00 while they had a shift change and couldn't come back until 2.30. Weird! The location is great!

Guests must provide a credit card that matches the name on the booking when checking in. The property will pre-authorize your card and release the preauthorization if there are no additional charges or damage to the room when checking out. Some properties and room types have special policies; please check with the property for more information.
Please be advised that in accordance with New York City regulations, there is a maximum stay limit of 28 consecutive days at any single hotel property. Guests cannot stay longer than 28 consecutive nights at the same hotel.
