Loved this place !

My first time in the Brooklyn area, and i just had to stay in a lovely brownstone, and this wa it. The hostess, Michelle, was very accommodating, helpful and friendly . The loaction was so handy to many places. I felt safe, and everything in the place was immaculately clean, especially the bathrooms, and kitchen areas.
I will return for sure !!

Would not stay here again.

Beautiful historic building and reasonably priced for Brooklyn area. However, we wouldn’t stay here again.
Michelle, the host, was very friendly, but not very available. She didn’t reply to phone or email messages in a timely way, During our 5 night stay we only saw her once when we checked in and once by accident when we checked out. Poor communication about important details like check in/check out times, location of kitchenette (up on top floor), how to access a paid breakfast, etc. We were never given the wifi password, and the tv didn’t work (antennae fell off wall first night we were there. Stairs and hallway are very creaky and loud.

Affordable and accommodating

The hostess was friendly and attentive. This place is lovely and within walking distance from great attractions. Also, there are about two subway stations nearby. Honestly worth considering, and it's in a trendy neighborhood.

Beautiful place in a very cool neighborhood

This inn is a beautiful, old brownstone on a quiet block near the Prospect Park Subway stop. Price was about half of the nearby hotel chains, who were holiday price-gouging.My (upgraded) room on the second floor was large and comfortable, with a sitting area. The bathroom was shares with another room, but large, updated and kept clean. There is a kitchen well- stocked with coffee, tea, cereal, etc. but no breakfast served. Only downside was hearing the noise of other guests in the wee hours, which might be remedied with some rugs or carpeting on the stairs and in the hallways. Shannon, the young woman who worked there, was delightful and extremely responsive. If she chooses a career in hospitality, she will be awesome.
Overall, I recommend the place for its, location, comfort and value.

Stay in a traditional Brooklyn Brownstone with antique furniture

A beautiful house on a leafy street in Brooklyn, only 5 minutes from the subway which takes you into Manhattan within 20 minutes. A perfect location for exploring Brooklyn neighbourhoods such as Bushwick and Greenpoint when you've had enough of the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Fabulously comfy bed, sitting room for chilling out, and a kitchen for preparing your own breakfast and other meals. A bathroom shared with just one other room, with a massive shower. I would definitely stay there again.
