Perfect Location, Great Value

Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Excellent value for Manhattan. We’d definitely stay here again!

It was not ideal. We chose to stay in the area because our son lives somewhat close to the hotel. My first impression, small lobby, with a musty smell. Still hoped for the best and the hotel employee was very nice. Once we entered our room, I was disappointed. Small and cramped which is expected but it was dusty and I even questioned if the sheets were washed. They also had small like fruit flies in the bathroom. Plus we did not sleep well because the bars in the area close at 4:00 am. And the later it got the louder it got. We won’t stay again.

Full beds not queens but overall a fine experience

The location was great and close to a bunch of fun bars which was what we wanted. The room was very small but I am aware that’s normal for NYC hotels. It was a bummer finding out the beds were fulls and not queens like the listing said. It made it very hard for all of us to sleep so close together. Also given that there are street lights always on and one so close to our window, it would have been nice to have a more light blocking curtains. With the small beds and lack of curtains the quality of sleep was low but overall a fine experience for the price and location.

A Good Find

Great location. Clean/comfortable room. Walkable to NYU. Enjoyed relaxing on the 7th floor patio.

Great stay

Great hotel in a lively location. Marcus at the front seat was very accommodating and helpful.
