Exceptional!
The most exceptional hotel, the height of luxury in a perfect central location. The rooms were gorgeous we stayed in the suites on the 4th floor which had split level living and sleeping area. The beds were very comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Joseph who greeted us every time we arrived and left the hotel he was brilliant making us feel right at home and he could offer directions or helpful recommendations. I cannot wait to return!!

Absolutely exceptional — highly recommended
Having traveled extensively around the world and experienced many luxury hotels, we can confidently say that this stay was truly outstanding. From the very first moment, everything reflected the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
The room and bathroom were impeccably designed, with every element thoughtfully selected and of premium standard. The service was flawless — attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.
Perfectly located in the heart of the city, the hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic bank building, which adds a unique sense of character and elegance. The blend of architectural heritage and sophisticated design creates a truly special atmosphere.
We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and would be delighted to return for another stay.

Don’t stay !!
So disappointed all the way around customer service sucks. I know we got here early and there hands were tied . But the lady at check in desk was exposing something to us when the bell hop or mgner , comes over and rudely interrupts. So then we go left hangin. Room it’s as good as a motel 6 .
Where is it stated there no a/c like seriously! Then they said they’d bring up a fan hour later .
Just feels like they were annoyed by us .
It’s not been an experience I am used having
I don’t wouldn’t recommend it stay here only great thing is it’s convenient to lots of shopping and bars and the castle but that’s all it’s got . Choose a different place for ur stay

We are a 5 star rated hotel and disappointed that you felt it was compared in standard to a motel 6 that is not something we have had in other feedback with many guests complimenting the quality of the hotel and rooms. Give me a break with the street noise
Not grand at all. Advertised on the hotel’s website as having air conditioning and it does not. As such, windows open and guess what, car or building alarms going off from 215 am until ar least 3 am. Horrendous, especially cost and or point level to stay here, let alone noise level from people in the streets yelling or partying. I read all the reviews before picking this hotel and I can now say from experience, there is nothing grand about this hotel at all.

Misleading Air Conditioning Information During a Hot Stay
I was disappointed to discover that the hotel advertises air conditioning as an amenity, but our room did not have it. When I asked the staff, I was informed that only certain rooms include air conditioning. If that is the case, the hotel should make this clear in the room descriptions rather than listing it as a general hotel amenity.
Under normal circumstances, this may not have been a major issue. However, we stayed during an unusually hot week, and the lack of air conditioning made the room quite uncomfortable and significantly impacted our experience.
The property itself has many positives, but transparency regarding room amenities is important. Guests should know exactly what they are booking so they can make an informed decision, especially during warmer months.
Under normal circumstances, this may not have been a major issue. However, we stayed during an unusually hot week, and the lack of air conditioning made the room quite uncomfortable and significantly impacted our experience.
The property itself has many positives, but transparency regarding room amenities is important. Guests should know exactly what they are booking so they can make an informed decision, especially during warmer months.
