Lovely pre-concert stay with excellent service

My daughter and I stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Glasgow Central before a concert, and overall we had a really positive experience.
There was a small issue at the beginning, as my Platinum Accor status was not initially recognised and I ended up having to contact the Accor booking centre directly. However, once that was resolved, the rest of our stay was excellent.
We were made to feel very welcome, and the amenity welcome pack was a lovely touch. The internet speed was honestly the best I have ever experienced in a hotel, which was a great bonus.
Most importantly, the staff were fantastic throughout our stay. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, from the reception team to the cleaners and the breakfast staff. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it made our pre-concert stay feel relaxed and enjoyable.
Thank you to the team at Aparthotel Adagio Glasgow Central. We would happily stay again.

Great location near Clyde River & bustling city center. Studio w/kitchen facilities was great to prep, cook & eat w/I budget. Laundry room was very convenient. Nice staff that supplies you w/all needed items.

The room was very clean and well stocked as an apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central, steps from a grocery, restaurants & pubs, and 15 minutes to the airport, which was very convenient! I would choose this accommodation again!

Check-in: Poor experience, didn't have a trolley/cart to carry luggage and were told other guests have taken is so nothing we can do.
Luggage Storage: Despite space, they refused to store a wheelchair for us.
Laundry Machine: Dryer doesn't have a timer, so had to come and check multiple times to check for completion - the reception didn't know about the timings either.
Room Keys - One of them was broken, stopped working randomly after the first night.
There was one person (I think in a suit) on the first evening who was at the reception - the most polite person, wish he was around the entire time as that would've made the stay better.

Overall a really nice experience. The aparthotel was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the fridge and other facilities were spotlessly clean. Location was perfect for getting around Glasgow. My only gripe was that the room had tokens for coffee pods. Meaning I would need to go back down to reception in the morning which was inconvenient. Also we heard quite a few loud slams in morning, like a door being slammed several times which did wake us up. Regardless of these 2 minor things, I would definitely return!
