Beautiful home

The staff were super friendly and the villa is absolutely stunning, room was very good. The pool was very warm and we could swim in the late evening. I stayed for a week and they came to thoroughly clean my room once. I was able to invite my other tourist friend over which was super helpful since another hotel did not allow.

Great quality-price relationship

Great place to stay if you're going diving in the area.
Good communication with host through WhatsApp.
Market 3 min away and many pharmacies around as well.
Good restaurants around.
Drawbacks:
Not very clear how often you get breakfast or room done.
Shower was a bit updated.

Family Holiday

Went there with my family for a half term break. One of the worst experiences we had on holidays. As a family of 5 you are trying to make the most of it and had to pay lots of money for the kids to have a good time. See the list below.
> Customer service absolutely shambles
> Staff very rude and arrogant
> Everyone tried to rip you off.
> Advertise three meal per room on different restaurants tried to book almost every day all times fully booked. Spoken to reception staff and they thought was a joke
> Food copy and paste ( left overs for lunch served for dinner) dinner left over served again next day for lunch
> Asked for a beer on my first day they asked me to pay( booked all inclusive)
> Limited offering on drinks and snacks
> Had to wait almost 35 mins for a small Greek salad for my daughter( asked three different staff and were all laughing like it was a joke.)Left after
> Drinks very hot on a hot day. When asking for ice was like asking staff for an Egyptian Gold.
> Pool water was absolutely freezing my kids barely went in, 2 days before we left they finally turned in the warm water.
> My son forgot room key on the room went to reception to ask for a key they wanted me to pay for extra key.
> Went to buy a wipers for my two years old son they wanted to charge me €8 when in Uk you can buy it for £0’80p and everyday they change the prices for the same item.

Best hotel ever. Definitely recommend

It was my first time visiting Egypt and this hotel and let me tell you I will definitely be coming again and again and again. The man at the reception his name is omar was so good and friendly and kind and welcoming. He upgraded our room for us which made us so happy and grateful l. The hotel is safe and clean. All the staff from the receptionist to the staff at the restaurant to the staff at the pool were so friendly. Always ready to serve us with a smile. I would 100%recommend this resort to anyone coming with kids. I can't doubt anything about this place. The food was amazing.

Family from UK

We have travelled as a family with children and stayed in this resort 3 times during our 3week holiday break in between all inclusive expensive hotels. First of all it is very close to the airport and after the long flights it's nice to settle straight away. Our apartment was on the ground floor. And a nice heated pool is right next to our door step. Kids loved it and very very thrilled to jump straight in the pool "off the airplane". The pool is like a bath, which was very helpful, as during our stay unfortunately we had quite view cold windy days, in April! The grounds are well looked after, apartments are furnished to high standards. The host Ebrahim is going above and beyond to satisfy all the needs. Breakfast and beach towels are provided. There is even the washing machine inside the apartment. The beach is about 3 dollars return journey. Right next to expensive aqua marine hotel. Don't let security guards see you arrive by taxi. Ask driver to stop a bit before the beach, if you want to have a walk around other hotel beaches. There is a small shops 10 min walk from the resort, but I recommend have a taxi to senzo mall for shopping. Use uber. The owner is very helpful if you don't have a local sim card. Will definitely come back. Kids said the little pool was their favourite out of all the hotels we stayed in.
