This boutique hotel is in the heart of the Art Triangle, opposite the Prado Museum and 500 metres from Atocha high-speed Train Station. There is free Wi-Fi. All rooms at this design hotel have a flat-screen TV and Nespresso coffee machine.

I will visit again
A beautiful location close to most services. When I visit Madrid again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. The cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are friendly.

Good location hotel lacks finesse
Location was good - having to pay 25 EUR per hour for pool is not acceptable (I don’t care if it’s not managed by the hotel - then don’t advertise it)
When we arrived the staff almost did not seem to notice us - almost felt rude.
Only sometimes when arriving back to the hotel someone greeted us - but most time they were stuck behind the PC maybe playing games ? Who knows ? After returning back to the hotel after 17 there was no room service - except they removed the towels - so we had to call for new ones
Breakfast was good and location worked very well.

Everything was great.
We were at the brunch and although it has little variety, everything was delicious. In addition, Gloria served us with great professionalism, availability, and care.

Bakır for money, great location
The location is easily reachable from the train station.
The check in and out speed are efficient. Free WiFi increases the satisfaction.
The dark color interior design tries to support the image but this old design is a kind of preference. Nothing negative!
The restaurant meets the needs. The staff are very friendly .
The rooms are old but big enough for short stays. The location is romantic.
I suggest for short occasions for adults.
