The room was very clean! Housekeeping did an AMAZING job, front desk staff was so understanding and helpful. Words can’t describe how kind the Morning shift front desk guys was. I wish I could remember his name. I will definitely come back again because the hospitality was excellent! Great staff and clean place! I love a freezing cold room and the AC was on point!

This was a room with no bathroom, small room with just 2 beds, no chair, no table, 3 shared bathrooms with tub & toilet on the floor for several rooms. The breakfast was insignificant (instant coffee). The visitors were soccer fans like me here for the World Cup but this hotel didn’t provide the channels showing it. One tv downstairs with 2 chairs in a corner had one Spanish channel with it, this hotel is like a dorm not an hotel.

This inn was decent for the price for mid-town Manhattan. Perfect location in the center of many things. The bathrooms were ok. I’ve seen cleaner. Overall it suited us for the one night we stayed there.

The room was great.
The bathroom was mostly clean (it's shared, so sometimes it was cleaner than other times).
The staff was efficient, but not overly friendly.

6 Stars! Everything is brand new, sterile clean. The staff Carlos and Zane were so helpful and kind. Great 24 hour NY deli right across the street. Truly one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Only suggestion- if you are staying on Friday or Saturday nights, get a room not facing the street.
